What is your Purpose & Meaning? Are you being heard in your relationships? Why haven’t you elevated in your business? These are some of the questions asked by women who attended the MGS Women’s Empowerment Workshops. After attendees took part in our workshops they were able to present a different self-evaluation. As you prepare for the workshop. Answer the five following questions to help you understand key strengths and weaknesses. When you attend the workshop our presenters will assist you in recognizing the tools that are specifically for you to succeed. 

Five Key Questions:

  1. What is my passion? What gets me out of bed each day?
  2. My strengths/weaknesses?
    1. What do these tell me about my purpose?
  3. What gives my life the most meaning?
  4. I feel most comfortable doing?
  5. If I have a understanding of my purpose, have I actively began to engage in it? If not what is holding me back or standing in my way?

5 Ways to Recognize if You’re in Need of Therapeutic Services:

1. Bitterness
Do you find yourself avoiding people because something upset you? Are you constantly in a bad mood and not quite sure why? It is probably time to speak to a counselor. Therapy helps get to the root of the issue and helps patients understand how to move on and why that is important. Life is too short to get bitter, get better instead!
2. Lack of Motivation
Are you uninterested in daily activities you once enjoyed? Lack of motivation can be a symptom of depression. Being in an unmotivated state of mind can result in more problems, as the original ones were never solved to begin with. Speaking to a professional is the first step to getting hobbies you once enjoyed back into your life!
3. Difficulty Maintaining Relationships

Eating more or less food than usual can be a symptom of a mental health issue. If not treated on time, change in appetite can eventually develop into an eating disorder. It is crucial to notice if change in appetite is occurring as the reason can lie in psychological issues that often go unnoticed.
5. Change in Sleeping Patterns
Change in sleeping patterns can also mean there is an underlying psychological issue. Speaking to a psychologist can help the patient fix this problem before it begins severely affecting his/her daily life.
