Do you want to improve your relationship with your partner? Only by restoring the broken connections can we be healed. Connection is health. -Wendell Berry Let me assist you in finding the next best step with lighten the load that life, work, family, and relationships places on you.

I’m a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Life Coach and Public Speaker in South Florida. I’ve worked in the field since 2007 helping clients find their untapped potential, inner strength and a voice to be heard.
As a professional woman, wife and mother of twins, communication and willingness to create healthy connections with one another is important. I aim to assist women, mothers and parents who have lost the connection and are lost in a sea of unhealthy communication. I am able to do this through therapy and workshops available for the community.

I have assisted other professional clients with finding real life solutions to the many obstacles encountered in life. Whether it is personal growth, an intimate relationship, marital or transitional work and much more. Each client works on gaining confidence, trust and peace of mind and I’ll provide you with tools to move forward in a positive direction to achieving your goals.
I actively work with non-profit community organizations, Pastors/Churches and businesses to promote a better understanding of what it is needed to obtain a healthy, happy self. I truly love the work I do and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Gail was very informative at the Women’s Empowerment Workshop. She’s very professional and down to earth making you feel very comfortable to engage with her. She was not judgemental and provided great feedback. She helped me understand and analyzes issues that were going on in my life and displayed different resolutions for a better outcome. She’s awesome!

FAQ'S

At this time MGS Counseling & Therapy Services, LLC does not accept third party payments. There are several reasons why we do not work with insurance companies.

Typically insurance will only cover couples counseling if one partner has a mental health diagnosis. When paying out of pocket, diagnosis is not necessary.

Your insurance provider will only pay for what they deem “medically necessary” and then they determine how many sessions you are allowed to have. When you privately pay, we work together to decide what is best for you.

When you use a third party, your information from our session is not confidential from your insurance provider as they require case notes and treatment plans.

It’s my personal belief that there is a therapist for everyone. I encourage all perspective clients to shop around for the right therapist. This is why I offer a free 15 minute consultation, so we can go over what your needs are and how we might work together. Their is no commitment.

The law protects the relationship between therapist and client, and your information cannot be disclosed without written permission. However, there are certain exceptions.
  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
  • If a client intends to harm him or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
